SkaterGirl International is the worlds first daily newspaper dedicated to womens skateboarding. It was founded with the goal of providing a voice for female skaters, a population segment that is often overlooked or ignored by the boardsports industry. Our mission as a nonprofit is not just to inspire grirls through our quality coverage but also to encourage, educate and empower girls through participation in skateboarding, as well as providing a platform for success for women who want to pursue careers in skateboarding, both as professional athletes and behind the scenes.
